TYPE of RYDES

RYDE 45 
Fun, Catchy RYDES to the beat, where the movements match the music and create some heat. This includes 45 minutes of: sprints, jumps, hills, arm dips, hills, one set of weights, crunches all to a beat often monitored by RPMs and BPMs. High energy, high intensity, fun, inspirational music, moves and beats.

RYDE STRENGTH
45 minute RYDES that match the movement of the music with hills, sprints, jumps, arm dips, crunches and a little more weights (two sets of weights). climb This is synced to RPMs and BPMs in the music and movement to inspire the RYDER to spin strong and gain strength.

POWER RYDE
45 Minutes High Intensity RYDES, Tabata-like, High Energy, encouraging yet competitive RYDEs. Journey through the zones as the inner athlete excels and thrives during this specific power RYDE. During this RYDE, the instructor and RYDER use metrics, data and zones. And they COMPETE with themselves, their neighbor and even compete with the rhythm of the beat.  This can be enhanced through music to inspire and encourage the athlete to push to the next level and win the internal race. Quick ups, quick downs, utilize the breath, compete and repeat!!!

ARRIVAL AND WAITLIST POLICY

 
If you are not on the roof and checked in 4 minutes before the start of class, we will have to give your bike away to a ryder requesting a seat change or to a ryder on the waitlist.

If a class is full ONLINE, add yourself to the waitlist.  
If a bike opens up, the person at the top of the list will fill the bike.  
 
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be able to attend the class

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $10 fee for any participants that do not show for a reserved class.  There are two ways to cancel your reservation prior to class - you may log in and cancel your class through your account or you can respond to your confirmation email/email ryder@ryde4.com to cancel PRIOR to your reserved class time.  
 
GUEST POLICY:
 
Each RYDE member can bring one guest to experience a single free class; the same guest can only have a free RYDE once every six months. If it is a Birthday RYDES, the RYDER can celebrate by taking a class with any two guests the birthday RYDER choice!
