Each month moving forward, we are going to feature a RYDER that we think deserves recognition! We absolutely love all of our RYDERS. The loyalty, energy, friendliness, and down-right badassery (this word needs to be in Webster's) of our RYDERS is unparalleled, and we are so thankful for the community that you have helped create! With all of that said...we would like to introduce our first...

Brittany has been RYDING with us way before the brand RYDE4 was created! She took Angelica's class over six years ago (SIX YEARS!), and she still clips in for Angelica's morning classes a few times a week with a great attitude and amazing workout ethic. We asked Brittany why she RYDES, and what keeps her coming back:

For years I was intimidated by the thought of spin class, it looked so serious and I thought there was no way I would be able to keep up. About six years ago after growing bored wandering the gym floor, I finally got the nerve to try class with Angelica... one class in and I was HOOKED! Spin class with her has become part of my life. It is my therapy session in the morning to work away any anxiety before I start my day, it is my dance party to rock out and get a smile on my face, it has helped shave over 15 pounds off of my body, and most importantly it is an amazing community of people who have fun and encourage one another! I don't know what I would do without her class!

March Highlights:
Catered Fit came to Michael's Sunday class with a ton of amazing healthy free food for our RYDERS! They will be back in April - stay tuned on our Facebook page and Instagram!

We hired a new instructor, Duncan, to take over our Tues, Thurs morning STRENGTH classes at 6:15AM! His energy is through the roof, and we cannot WAIT to rise and RYDE with him this month! Do not forget - his first two weeks of class are FREE!

EVENTS:
The Transformation Challenge Begins! RYDE4 is partnering with Burn Fitness for a 30 day transformation challenge. The winner will be based on their Nutrishop INBODY Scan, with the biggest fat percentage loss and/or lean muscle mass gained! $20 to enter, and winner will take the pot of over $600! Stay tuned!

Coachella Bound RYDE STENGTH - April 12th and April 19th @ 6:30PM. Taylor will be teaching two Coachella RYDES the Wednesday before Coachella Weekend 1, and the Wednesday before Coachella Weekend 2. Get that last work out in and get excited for Coachella while RYDING to the music of artists performing in Indio!

MORE NEWS:
RYDE4 will have a new cancellation policy starting April 15th, 2017 that will apply to all classes on our schedule. No-call no-show ryders will be charged $10 if you do not cancel your bike before class, or if you do not send us an email to ryder@ryde4.com before the start of class. We totally understand that things happen, so please try to respect your other ryders by opening up your bike as soon as possible! If you do have an emergency, and you're unable to reach out before the start of class, please send us an email at ryder@ryde4.com at your nearest convenience.

LATE RYDER POLICY: We are trying our best to respect the needs of all of our ryders. If you do not arrive 4 minutes before the start of class, we have permission to give your bike away to ryders already in class that prefer a different bike, or to ryders on the waitlist.
